I stayed in Mandarin Garden Hotel during trip to Nanjing. And Fu Zi Miao is a shopping area. Yes, a temple in the middle of shopping area :P You'll feel the same when visiting Yu Yuan Garden in Shanghai. Almost mighnight, less people walking around the area, weather below 0 degree celcius. Phew ...
